At Prime Partners, your role as an Application Support Specialist is crucial in maintaining the seamless operation of our enterprise software platforms like ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems. Your week will be dynamic—balancing between responding to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems such as Jira and ServiceNow. You will be our first responder, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently, documenting your process meticulously, and escalating complex problems to specialized teams. You will also partake in user onboarding, setting permissions, and conducting application training. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with developers and business analysts on application updates and new functionality rollouts. Each day offers a new challenge, from troubleshooting a CRM issue to configuring a user setup in our ERP system.
The Tools You’ll Need
Success here requires more than just technical know-how. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential. While familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly valued, what truly sets you apart is your practical experience—ideally 1-3 years in a ticket-based environment. We value your ability to document and escalate issues effectively, manage multiple requests, and your attention to detail.
