Job Description: Prime Partners, a leading electrical service provider in Torrance, CA, is currently looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This includes tasks such as troubleshooting, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of various electrical systems.
2. Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards.
3. Communicate and coordinate with project managers and other team members to complete projects within the established timelines.
4. Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes and regulations.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
6. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems, offering efficient and effective solutions.
7. Provide guidance and training to apprentice electricians.
8. Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation and reports.
9. Ensure the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Valid California Journeyman Electrician License.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
3. In-depth knowledge of local and national electrical codes and regulations.
4. Proficient in using electrical and hand tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
6. Proven ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Completion of a formal electrician apprenticeship.
3. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
4. Willingness to travel to job sites in surrounding cities including Carson, Redondo Beach, Gardena, and Lomita.
