Job Description: Prime Partners, a leading name in the electrical industry, is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. The candidate will also be expected to provide services in the surrounding cities, including Menlo Park, Mountain View, Los Altos, and East Palo Alto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
2. Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
3. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
4. Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures on electrical systems.
5. Read blueprints or technical diagrams before performing installation or repair tasks.
6. Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code.
7. Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment.
8. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on schedule.
9. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
2. Proficient in using electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.
3. Thorough knowledge of safety procedures, legal regulations, and guidelines.
4. Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.
5. Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools.
6. Valid license to practice the profession.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
8. Completion of electrician apprenticeship.
9. Evidence of having worked as an electrician for a minimum of 4 years.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills.
11. Good physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
