MMR Group is urgently seeking a skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team in Oakland, CA. As an Electrician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of commercial electrical systems. This role demands a high level of expertise in handling various electrical tasks and leading apprentices on the job site. We need someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our projects immediately.
Must Haves for Electrician
- 3-5 years of experience as an Electrician
- Proficiency with conduit benders and power tools
- In-depth knowledge of NEC codes
Key Electrician Duties
- Install and maintain commercial electrical systems
- Bend and install EMT and rigid conduit
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits using multimeters
- Wire and test lighting controls
- Replace and upgrade switchgear
- Install transformers
- Oversee apprentices on job sites
