Key Responsibilities

• You’ll be installing and terminating 480V 3-phase power distribution systems.
• Get hands-on with precise conduit bending for complex industrial applications.
• Assist with VFD and motor control installations to keep things running smoothly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Use digital multimeters and meggars for accurate testing.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs for future reference.
• Help with PLC cabinet assembly.
• Follow confined space and elevated work procedures to ensure safety.
• Support production equipment installations.
• In the Flagstaff area, you might also get involved with solar power integration projects or local energy initiatives.
• Meet any regional electrical code requirements specific to Arizona.

Required Qualifications

• You need an OSHA-30 certification.
• Ability to read and interpret industrial electrical blueprints and P&IDs is a must.
• Demonstrated knowledge of motor control circuits.
• Experience with conduit bending machines up to 2 inches.
• Proficiency with digital testing equipment.
• Strong math skills for load calculations.
• Safe use of hand and power tools.
• Understanding of industrial network infrastructure.
• 1-3 years of experience in an industrial setting as an apprentice.
• Familiarity with Flagstaff’s environmental and safety regulations is a bonus.
