Inc Installs, a leading provider of data center infrastructure solutions, is seeking a dedicated Rack Stack Installer to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. As a Data Center Rack Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in deploying equipment and ensuring the seamless operation of our clients’ data centers. This position requires a deep understanding of rack systems, power distribution, and cable management. The role will primarily be based in Fort Worth, with occasional assignments in neighboring cities such as Arlington, Irving, and Dallas. Your expertise will contribute to our reputation for excellence in the installation and maintenance of critical data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure server rack infrastructure.
• Perform structured cabling installations and implement cable management systems.
• Mount network equipment and install power distribution units.
• Coordinate equipment deployments and maintain detailed rack documentation.
• Perform hardware inventory management and execute rack and stack procedures.
• Implement labeling systems and maintain clean room protocols.
• Coordinate with network teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with regional safety and technical standards specific to Texas.
• Participate in the installation phase of the “Fort Worth Data Hub Expansion,” a major upcoming project in the area.
• Work within the Fort Worth community to support local data center growth initiatives.
• Adhere to Inc Installs’ standards for quality and efficiency in the Fort Worth area.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data center environments, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Proficiency in rack and stack procedures and structured cabling.
• Expertise with mounting systems and knowledge of power distribution.
• Experience with inventory systems and a thorough understanding of network hardware.
• Proven attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Fort Worth’s local data center standards and practices.
• BICSI certification and experience in clean room environments preferred.
• Ability to work off-hours maintenance windows and meet the physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting and detailed mechanical work.
