We are urgently seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team at IES Electric in Roseville, CA. You will be integral to our long-term projects, focusing on installing and maintaining renewable energy systems. Your role will involve working on solar panel installations, energy storage systems, and ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Qualifications for Journeyman Electrician
- 4+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician
- Valid California Journeyman Certification from the Department of Industrial Relations
- Extensive knowledge of NEC and renewable energy codes
Responsibilities for Journeyman Electrician
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial renewable energy systems
- Route and install conduit and wiring for high-voltage systems
- Perform testing and commissioning of solar arrays
- Collaborate with engineers for energy-efficient solutions
- Install and maintain battery energy storage systems
- Supervise apprentices and ensure adherence to safety standards
