We are seeking a dedicated individual who is skilled in solar PV systems, mounting techniques, and basic electrical work to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install residential solar systems and ensure optimal performance.
- Mount solar panels and assemble racking systems with precision.
- Run conduit and pull wire to complete electrical connections.
- Assist with system commissioning to ensure all components function properly.
Required Qualifications
- NABCEP Associate certification preferred.
- OSHA-10 and fall protection certification required.
- Solid understanding of NEC Article 690 and basic electrical theory.
- 1-4 years of experience in solar settings, particularly in Apprentice roles.
- Comfortable working at heights and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
