Role Overview

As a Healthcare Commercial Electrician at HCS Electrical, you will be an integral part of our team, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in healthcare and commercial environments. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that the electrical infrastructure of hospitals and other healthcare facilities operates efficiently and safely. Requirements for Healthcare Commercial Electrician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in healthcare and commercial environments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided.

Required Certifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• First Aid/CPR Certification

Experience

• 3-5 years of electrical experience, preferably in commercial settings.
• Valid electrical license for Texas.
• Proficiency with power tools such as Milwaukee and DeWalt.
• Experience with specialty tools including hydraulic benders and threaders.
• Previous experience with First Aid/CPR is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of working on commercial projects such as office buildings, retail centers, hospitals, and schools.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
• Stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

Preferred Experience

• Direct experience in healthcare-related electrical projects.

Location & Schedule

• Primary Location: Dallas, TX
• Neighboring Cities: Irving, Plano, Garland, Mesquite, Carrollton, Richardson, Grand Prairie, and Farmers Branch.
• Schedule: Full-time, with potential for overtime based on project needs.

• Pay Range: $35.36 - $38.87 per hour, depending on experience.
