Key Responsibilities

• Support service calls in luxury homes, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of electrical issues.
• Assist with the installation of smart home systems, including Lutron lighting and Crestron systems.
• Learn and apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex electrical problems.
• Help maintain and program lighting control systems, ensuring seamless integration with other home automation features.
• Maintain client properties by respecting and preserving the integrity of expensive furnishings and decor.
• Uphold client confidentiality at all times, ensuring a high level of trust and professionalism.
• Assist in programming and testing systems during some evening work sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CA Electrical Trainee License.
• 1-2 years of experience required for Apprentice work in a Residential setting.
• Clean professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Basic electrical knowledge and experience with hand tools and electrical meters.
• Strong technology-oriented mindset with a keen interest in learning home automation systems.
• Attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks.
• Clean background check and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Comfortable working around expensive furnishings and maintaining client confidentiality.
