Key Responsibilities

• Install voice/data cabling in accordance with structured cabling standards.
• Terminate jacks and panels with precision and expertise.
• Utilize Fluke testing equipment to ensure optimal connections.
• Implement and maintain cable management systems.
• Document installations thoroughly and accurately.
• Coordinate effectively with other trades on-site.
• Travel locally between job sites as required.

Required Qualifications

• BICSI Installer 1 certification (preferred).
• OSHA-10 certification (required).
• Solid understanding of structured cabling standards, termination techniques, and testing procedures.
• Proficient in the use of Fluke testing equipment.
• Knowledge of TIA/EIA standards, cable management, and labeling conventions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1-5 years of experience in voice/data work within a commercial setting.
