Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot sophisticated voice and data networks for government clients.
• Conduct network analysis and cable certification using advanced tools like Fluke Networks.
• Perform OTDR testing to ensure integrity and performance of fiber optic networks.
• Collaborate within a 3-5 person team to deliver timely and efficient solutions.
• Travel regularly to nearby major cities to meet client needs and project requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in voice and data cabling.
• Cisco CCNA and Network+ certifications.
• Proficient with network analysis and cable certification tools.
• Experience with OTDR testing and Fluke Networks technology.
• Ability to work the first shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) in a government environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional expertise as demonstrated by holding Network+ and Cisco CCNA certifications.
• Familiarity with state and federal compliance standards for communication systems.
