Essential Functions for Fire Alarm Tech

• Install, inspect, and maintain fire alarm systems in educational institutions.
• Conduct routine testing and troubleshooting of systems to ensure functionality.
• Collaborate with project managers and other technicians on large-scale installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.
• Provide detailed reports on system status and recommend improvements.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations.

Required Qualifications for Fire Alarm Tech at Wisetel

• 2-4 years of experience in fire alarm systems installation and maintenance.
• Required certification: Notifier Certification.
• Experience with Edwards EST Systems and Simplex Systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work on ladders or in confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certification: OSHA 10.
• Extensive experience with Edwards EST Systems.

• Schedule: Full-time, with occasional after-hours or weekend work as needed.
