The role requires working in Rancho Santa Margarita and the neighboring cities, ensuring that all systems meet the required safety and operational standards.

Essential Functions for Fire Alarm Tech

• Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems in office buildings.
• Perform routine inspections and testing of fire alarm equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions or failures.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, inspections, and repairs.

Required Qualifications for Fire Alarm Tech at WiLine

• 2-4 years of experience in fire alarm systems installation and maintenance.
• Required certification: NICET Level II Fire Alarm Systems.
• Experience with Fire-Lite Systems and Notifier Systems.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certification: Edwards EST Certification.
• Experience with Edwards EST Systems.
• Experience in large-scale office building projects.
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in fire alarm system installations.

Location & Schedule

• Primary location: Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.
• Additional locations: Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Irvine, Aliso Viejo, and Laguna Hills.
• Schedule: Full-time.
