Qualifications for Electrical Foreman

• 5-7 Years Experience: Proven track record as an Electrical Foreman in commercial settings.
• Certification: Active journeyman electrician certification from the California DIR.
• Code Knowledge: In-depth understanding of NEC and California Electric Code with experience in EV charging station setups.

Responsibilities for Electrical Foreman

• Lead Field Operations: Direct installation and maintenance of EV charging stations, ensuring compliance and safety.
• Oversee Installations: Manage the installation of electrical systems, including service panels and EV equipment.
• Task Planning and Team Management: Allocate tasks, mentor team members, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
