The Electrical Trainee Position

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Core Electrical Trainee Responsibilities

Support Licensed Electricians

Your primary role involves supporting our licensed electricians in various tasks, such as wiring installations, ensuring all work complies with local codes and standards.

Assist in Conduit Preparation

You’ll assist in cutting and threading conduit, preparing materials for job sites, and ensuring everything is ready for efficient project execution.

Panel Wiring and Mounting

Helping with panel wiring and mounting is another key responsibility, where you’ll learn to manage complex tasks under expert guidance.

Routine Safety Checks

Performing routine safety checks on tools and equipment is crucial. We adhere to stringent safety protocols, minimizing risks and ensuring a safe working environment.

Required Experience & Skills

Essential Experience

While 0-3 years of experience as an Electrical Trainee is preferred, we value enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn above all.

Certifications

Certifications such as OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid are highly desirable, demonstrating your commitment to safety and professionalism.

Technical Knowledge

Proficiency with basic hand tools like wire strippers and voltage testers is necessary, along with a foundational understanding of electrical schematics.

Tools & Equipment

Daily Tools

You’ll regularly use tools such as multimeters, wire strippers, and conduit benders. Familiarity with these tools is essential for your day-to-day tasks.

Personal Tools

Physical Requirements
