Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain critical data center infrastructure.
• Perform server installations and decommissions.
• Manage cable plant documentation.
• Implement hot/cold aisle containment.
• Coordinate maintenance windows and perform power circuit installations.
• Maintain battery backup systems and monitor environmental controls.
• Execute change management procedures and manage equipment lifecycle.
• Perform network hardware installations and maintain security protocols.
• Collaborate on the upcoming Gilbert Technology Park project.
• Ensure compliance with Arizona-specific environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with local utility providers for infrastructure upgrades.

Required Qualifications

• BICSI Data Center Technician certification preferred.
• Experience with critical infrastructure management.
• Proficient in dressing and terminating cables.
• Demonstrated ability with DCIM systems and strong documentation skills.
• Experience with change management procedures.
• Successful completion of a clean background check.
• 3-5 years of experience in a commercial data center setting.
• Familiarity with Arizona’s specific data center operational standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional teams in Gilbert.
