As an Office Commercial Electrician at Tri City Electric, you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in a variety of commercial settings. Requirements for Office Commercial Electrician

Key Responsibilities for Commercial Projects

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
• Diagnose electrical problems using Power Quality Analyzers and other diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and protocols, including OSHA regulations.

Required Certifications

• OSHA 30 Certification
• First Aid/CPR Certification

Experience & Skills

• 3-5 years of electrical experience in a commercial setting.
• Valid electrical license for the state of Connecticut.
• Proficiency with Power Quality Analyzers and Lift Certification.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $34.99-$39.74 per hour, depending on experience
