Overview of Field Operations Fire Alarm Project Manager Role

As a Field Operations Fire Alarm Project Manager at Staley Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing fire alarm projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Essential Functions

• Lead and manage fire alarm project management activities, ensuring compliance with NFPA codes and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize Fire Alarm Installation Tools and Fire Alarm Design Software to oversee the installation and testing of fire alarm systems.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress aligns with project timelines and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of electrical experience, with a valid electrical license for WA.
• Proficiency in using Fire Alarm Installation Tools and Fire Alarm Design Software.
• Strong physical ability to perform job-related tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of safety practices and regulations.
• Required certifications: NFPA 1041, NFPA 25.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Fire Alarm Testing Equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing project management projects.

• Primary location: Bellevue, WA.
• Neighboring cities: Redmond, Kirkland, Renton, and Issaquah.
• Schedule: Full-time position with a commitment to project deadlines and requirements.
