Black Box Voice & Data, a leading integrator of advanced security systems, is seeking a skilled Security Alarm Installer to join our specialized team in Bellevue, WA. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining security systems for a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, innovative tech startups, and leading financial institutions. This role offers flexible hours and involves travel within a 30-mile radius of our Bellevue headquarters, allowing you to work close to home while engaging with various high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IP camera systems, intrusion detection systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Work as part of a specialized 3-5 person team to ensure seamless integration of security systems.
• Conduct site assessments and provide clients with tailored security solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service appointments.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in security alarm installation or a related field.
• Security+ certification.
• ESA Level 2 certification.
• Proficient with IP camera systems, intrusion detection, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a 30-mile radius of Bellevue, WA.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• ESA Level 2 and Security+ certifications preferred.
