Key Responsibilities

Install Commercial Electrical Systems: Work under the guidance of licensed electricians to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes.

Assist with Lighting Installations: Support the installation and maintenance of various lighting systems, ensuring proper illumination and energy efficiency.

Run EMT Conduit: Accurately measure, cut, and bend EMT conduit to specified angles using hand and mechanical benders, ensuring precise installation.

Pull Wire: Skillfully pull wire through conduit and cable trays, maintaining the integrity of the wiring system.

Wire Devices: Install, connect, and test electrical devices, ensuring that all connections are secure and functional.

Help Troubleshoot Electrical Issues: Assist in diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Maintain Documentation: Accurately record work performed, materials used, and any changes made to original plans, ensuring comprehensive project documentation.
Required Qualifications

Electrical Apprentice License: Must possess a valid Electrical Apprentice License to perform electrical work under the supervision of a licensed electrician.

OSHA-10 Certification: Demonstrated understanding of workplace safety and health regulations.

First Aid/CPR Certification: Ability to provide first aid and CPR in emergency situations.

Scissor Lift Certification: Certified to operate scissor lifts safely and efficiently.

Basic Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of basic electrical theory and principles.

Ability to Read Blueprints: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.

Experience with Power Tools: Competent in using various power tools required for electrical installations.

1-3 Years of Experience: Previous experience in a commercial setting as an apprentice is essential.
Compensation & Benefits
