This role is critical in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our colocation facilities, which support a diverse range of enterprises and cloud service clients. Working across multiple project teams, the successful candidate will bring their expertise to ensure our data centers operate at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain data center equipment, including servers, network systems, and storage devices.
• Efficiently manage and organize cabling systems using advanced cable management techniques.
• Utilize DCIM software to monitor data center operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement environmental monitoring systems to maintain optimal operating conditions.
• Collaborate with managed service providers, enterprise clients, and cloud service providers to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols in all operations.
• Document procedures and update records to maintain accurate data center configurations.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a data center environment with a focus on rack and stack operations.
• Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) and Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA).
• Proficiency in using DCIM software and environmental monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and cable management systems.
• Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius for on-site support and project collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in managing colocation facilities.
• Additional certifications in data center operations or related technologies.
• Experience with high-density data center configurations and cloud service integrations.
