The Security Systems Tech position in Phoenix, AZ, involves working on projects primarily focused on educational institutions in the area. The role includes installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems, ensuring that all projects meet the high standards set by High Point Networks. The candidate will collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions in Phoenix and neighboring cities.
Essential Functions for Security Systems Tech
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including cameras and access control systems.
- Perform routine system checks and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.
- Document system configurations and changes to maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications for Security Systems Tech at High Point Networks
- 2-5 years of experience in security systems installation and maintenance.
- Required certification: Axis Certification.
- Experience with Axis Camera Station and Lenel OnGuard.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and work in various environmental conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certification: Lenel Certification.
- Experience with Milestone XProtect.
- Specialized experience in educational institution projects.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools related to security system installation.

- Primary location: Phoenix, AZ
- Additional locations: Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale
- Schedule: Full-time
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $30.97-$35.98 per hour
