Overview of Retail Junior Project Manager Role

As a Retail Junior Project Manager at TEC Electric, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various commercial electrical projects. Essential Functions

• Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Communicate with team members to ensure optimal project execution.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Track project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain clear lines of communication. Address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with company standards and project requirements. Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with senior project managers.

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of electrical experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Valid electrical license for the state of Arizona.
• Proficiency with Project Management Software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and Design Software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong understanding of physical requirements related to electrical work, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions.
• Comprehensive safety knowledge and commitment to safe work practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• IPMA certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with Code Analysis and interpreting electrical codes and standards.
• Prior experience working on commercial projects such as office buildings, retail centers, hospitals, or schools.

Location & Schedule

• Primary Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Neighboring Cities: This role is based in Phoenix, with proximity to neighboring cities including Scottsdale, Glendale, Tempe, Mesa, and Chandler.
• Schedule: This is a full-time position, typically requiring a 40-hour work week with some flexibility for project demands.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $24.91-$32.95 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
