As a leader, you will oversee a talented team of 4-6 technicians and ensure seamless service delivery to managed service providers, enterprise clients, and cloud service partners. Your expertise will drive the enhancement of our network infrastructure in a thriving regional hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of technicians in maintaining high-performance network systems.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions tailored to colocation facilities.
• Conduct regular travel to nearby major cities to oversee client network setups and expansions.
• Utilize network analyzers and monitoring tools to ensure optimal system performance.
• Engage in proactive network configuration management using Cisco IOS.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues swiftly and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in network engineering within a colocation or similar environment.
• CCNP and DCDC certifications are mandatory.
• Proficiency in network analyzers, monitoring tools, and configuration management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team of technicians.

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA Network+ certification.
