Requirements for Office Apprentice Electrician

• Key Responsibilities for Commercial Projects: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Support senior electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing solutions. Participate in project planning and coordination to ensure timely completion.
• Required Certifications: Basic Electrical Safety, First Aid/CPR.
• Experience with: Basic First Aid/CPR, Hand Tools (Klein, Knipex), Basic AutoCAD.
• Typical Projects: Involvement in office buildings, retail centers, hospitals, and schools.
• Electrical Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the electrical field.
• Licensing: Valid electrical license for South Carolina.
• Tools and Safety: Proficiency with basic hand tools (Klein, Knipex) and a strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Safety Knowledge: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Basic AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes.
• Previous experience working on commercial projects is highly desirable.

• Primary Location: Charleston, SC.
• Neighboring Cities: North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Goose Creek, and Hanahan.
• Schedule: Full-time, with consistent hours to support project demands.
