Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Voice & Data Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing voice, data, and electronic communication systems. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of the latest industry procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, inspect, and maintain voice and data systems, including the installation of cabling, wiring, and other electronic equipment.
2. Test, troubleshoot, and repair voice and data systems in commercial buildings, specifically new constructions and big box retail stores.
3. Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
4. Collaborate with planning and design teams to develop effective communication systems.
5. Provide training and support to junior staff and other team members.
6. Document all installations, inspections, maintenance, and repair work.
7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
8. Respond to emergency calls as required, providing timely and efficient service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Voice & Data Technician, preferably within the electrical industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of various communication systems and industry safety regulations.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
7. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
8. Ability to travel to different job sites within and surrounding Yuma, AZ.
