Qualifications for Estimator
- 3-10 years of Estimator experience
- Intermediate knowledge in commercial Site Development and Earthwork
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office suite, and familiarity with AGTEK or similar software
Responsibilities for Estimator
- Conduct detailed plan take-offs and calculate quantities
- Gather vendor quotes and interpret product specifications
- Collaborate on RFIs and offer value engineering recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and cost estimates
- Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors
