Your Daily Tasks as an Electrical Trainee

As an Electrical Trainee, your day-to-day activities will involve various practical tasks that are essential to our projects:

• Support Electricians: Assist licensed electricians in all aspects of commercial electrical work, such as pulling wire, running conduit, and assembling electrical panels. Your support ensures efficiency and quality in our installations.

• Site Preparation: Set up workstations, organize tools and materials, and prepare job sites for installation. This involves ensuring that all necessary equipment is ready and accessible for the day’s tasks.

• Blueprint Reading: Develop the ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions to complete basic electrical tasks. This skill is vital for understanding project requirements and executing them correctly.

• Safety Practices: Participate in safety meetings and apply best practices to maintain a secure work environment. Safety is a top priority, and your proactive involvement helps prevent accidents and ensures compliance with regulations.

What You Need to Be an Electrical Trainee

• Electrical Trainee Card: A valid Electrical Trainee Card from the CA Department of Industrial Relations is mandatory. This certification shows your commitment to the trade.

• Instruction Following: Strong ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members ensures project success.

• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in the field as an Electrical Trainee is preferred but not required. We value potential and the right attitude.
