Prime Partners, a leading electrical services provider in Moreno Valley, CA, is seeking an experienced and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. This position also covers our operations in surrounding cities including Riverside, Perris, Redlands, San Bernardino, and Beaumont.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including but not limited to lighting systems, electrical panels, outlets, and circuit breakers.
2. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
3. Conducting tests and inspections of electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repairs.
4. Ensuring compliance with codes by following national electrical code, state and local building regulations.
5. Effectively collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to accomplish project objectives.
6. Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
7. Training and mentoring apprentice electricians, promoting safety and productivity.
8. Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and safety practices.

Qualifications:

1. A valid state Journeyman Electrician’s License.
2. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in residential and/or commercial electrical systems.
3. Proficient knowledge of electrical theory, NEC codes, and local regulations.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
6. Strong communication and customer service skills.
7. Physically able to perform the demands of the job which includes lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
8. Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Completion of electrician apprenticeship.
3. Proficiency in the use of electrical diagnostic tools.
4. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and occasional out of town assignments.
5. Must pass a background check and drug test.
