What You’ll Do as an Electrician
As an Electrician at MMR Group in Orlando, FL, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic construction projects. Your Daily Tasks as an Electrician
Install Commercial Electrical Systems
Your main responsibility will be installing commercial electrical systems, including switchgear, panels, and transformers. You’ll work closely with blueprints to accurately measure, cut, bend, and install EMT and rigid conduit. Your precision ensures the integrity and safety of the entire system.
Wire and Connect Electrical Components
You’ll pull and terminate wires within conduits and boxes, making sure all connections are secure and tidy. This task involves installing and wiring lighting fixtures, outlets, and power circuits, which requires a meticulous approach to ensure everything functions flawlessly.
Test and Troubleshoot Circuits
Using tools like multimeters, you’ll perform tests and troubleshoot circuits and electrical components. Quick problem-solving and technical acumen are vital as you diagnose and fix any issues that arise, ensuring our systems operate smoothly.
Collaborate and Maintain Safety

What You Need to Be an Electrician
Essential Skills and Experience
To thrive in this role, you’ll need proficiency with conduit benders and power tools, along with an in-depth knowledge of NEC codes. Required Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as an Electrician in the field.
