The Cable Technician position at MMR Group involves working on healthcare facilities projects in Oceanside, CA, and surrounding areas. Requirements for Cable Technician
- Key responsibilities: Install and maintain cable systems, troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Daily tasks: Perform site assessments, run cables, configure network setups, document processes.
- Project involvement: Engage in planning and execution phases of healthcare facility projects, provide technical support.
Qualifications for Cable Technician at MMR Group
- 2-5 years of experience in cable installation and maintenance.
- Required certification: BICSI Installer 2.
- Experience with: Cable Testers, Fiber Optic Tools.
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certification: Fiber Optic Certification.
- Experience with: Termination Equipment.
- Specialized experience in healthcare facility projects.
- Tool proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.
Location & Schedule
- Primary location: Oceanside, CA.
- Additional locations: Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Encinitas.
- Schedule: Full-time position with potential for overtime depending on project needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $30.53-$37.09 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
