Industrial Electrician at Integra Electrical

Integra Electrical is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Industrial Apprentice Electrician at our Worcester, MA location. This role is critical to the success of our operations and requires a high degree of technical knowledge and skills. The Industrial Apprentice Electrician will work on a variety of tasks, including understanding 3-phase power, motor controls, PLC basics, and conduit installation. The successful candidate will have experience with hand/power tools, digital multimeters, meggars, and have an Electrical Apprentice License, OSHA-30, Arc Flash, First Aid/CPR certifications. Knowledge of industrial safety protocols, blueprint reading, and basic troubleshooting is essential.

Required Experience

• 1-3 years experience as an Industrial Electrician
• Experience understanding 3-phase power and motor controls
• Experience with PLC basics and conduit installation
• Proficient with hand/power tools, digital multimeters, meggars
• Must possess Electrical Apprentice License
• Must have OSHA-30, Arc Flash, First Aid/CPR certifications
• Knowledge of industrial safety protocols
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot basic issues

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in neighboring cities to Worcester such as Leominster, Fitchburg, Framingham, Marlborough, or Milford
• Proven ability to work independently and in team settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety

Salary and Benefits

• The salary range for this position is $24.49-$32.82 per hour
