Position Overview at HCI Systems

The AV Systems Tech will play a crucial role in supporting and implementing audio-visual systems within healthcare facilities in Omaha, NE, and the surrounding areas. The role involves collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of AV systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of AV systems, ensuring they meet the high standards required in healthcare environments.

Essential Functions for AV Systems Tech

• Install, configure, and maintain AV systems in healthcare facilities.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to assess AV needs and provide solutions.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Work with Crestron Control Systems and Extron Electronics to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare facility staff on AV system operations.
• Document system configurations and update records as needed.

Required Qualifications for AV Systems Tech at HCI Systems

• 3-5 years of experience in AV systems installation and maintenance.
• Required certification: Crestron Certification.
• Proficiency in working with Crestron Control Systems and Extron Electronics.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in various physical environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certification: Biamp Certification.
• Experience with QSC Q-SYS platform.
• Specialized experience in AV system design and integration within healthcare facilities.
• Proficient with hand tools and diagnostic equipment used in AV installations.

Location & Schedule

• Primary location: Omaha, NE
• Additional locations: Council Bluffs, IA; Bellevue, NE; Papillion, NE; La Vista, NE.
• Schedule: Full-time, with occasional travel to project sites within the region.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $30.68-$36.37 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
