Qualifications for Alarm Installer
- 0-2 years of experience as an Alarm Installer.
- Basic knowledge of low-voltage wiring and tools.
- Ability to follow installation instructions and safety guidelines.
- Attention to detail and physical ability to lift equipment and work on ladders.
Responsibilities for Alarm Installer
- Assist in the installation of fire alarm systems by pulling and terminating low-voltage wiring.
- Mount devices such as smoke detectors, pull stations, and notification appliances according to detailed layout plans.
- Perform system labeling, basic testing, and adjustments under supervision.
- Prepare materials and tools for daily tasks while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with senior installers to meet project schedules and maintain compliance with fire safety codes.
