Key Responsibilities

• Install residential solar systems, ensuring all components function correctly and efficiently.
• Mount solar panels and install racking systems on a variety of roof types.
• Run conduit and pull wire according to system designs and electrical codes.
• Assist with system commissioning to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns.

Required Qualifications

• NABCEP Associate certification preferred.
• Experience with roof work and comfort working at heights.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• 1-4 years of experience required for apprentice work in a solar setting.
• Understanding of solar PV systems, mounting techniques, and basic electrical principles.
• Knowledge of NEC Article 690, basic electrical theory, and safety protocols.
• OSHA-10 and fall protection certification required.
