Overview of Construction Management Security Alarm Project Manager Role

As a Construction Management Security Alarm Project Manager at Convergint in Fontana, CA, you will be at the forefront of managing and overseeing security alarm projects within the construction management domain. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Essential Functions

• Lead and manage security alarm projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Utilize design software and project management software to streamline project workflows.
• Perform project estimations and prepare comprehensive project reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Required Certifications

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
