Qualifications for General Foreman

• Experience: 8-10 years as a lead project foreman in commercial civil construction.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of California Building Code and OSHA safety standards.
• Skills: Leadership, organizational, problem-solving; proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software like Site Tracker.

Responsibilities for General Foreman

• Oversee civil work for medium to large-scale EV charging projects.
• Supervise crews in tasks like excavation, concrete pouring, and asphalt work.
• Interpret project plans to ensure compliance with codes and design specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Conduct inspections and uphold safety standards with corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain daily project reports and ensure SWIPPs compliance for environmental safety.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure crew certifications and equipment compliance.
