Key Responsibilities

• Maintain automated manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot PLC systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Repair industrial machinery
• Implement equipment upgrades
• Respond to emergency calls and perform autonomous troubleshooting of complex systems

Required Qualifications

• Expert in automated manufacturing systems and industrial controls
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Siemens drives
• Robotic systems expertise
• Journeyman License, OSHA-30, Arc Flash, and forklift certifications
• Strong background in 480V 3-phase power, motor controls, and equipment repair
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures
• Ability to read ladder logic and proven technical troubleshooting skills
• 5+ years of experience required for Journeyman work in an industrial setting
