Position Overview at Wisetel
The Security Systems Tech will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining security systems for healthcare facilities in Aliso Viejo, CA, and the surrounding areas. The position involves working closely with clients to ensure the highest level of security and compliance with industry standards.
Essential Functions for Security Systems Tech
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Perform regular system inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement security solutions tailored to healthcare environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Document all maintenance and repair work for compliance and reporting purposes.
Required Qualifications for Security Systems Tech at Wisetel
- 2-5 years of experience in security systems installation and maintenance.
- Required certification: BICSI Technician.
- Proficiency with Lenel OnGuard and Genetec Security Center systems.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs, and work in various physical conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certification: Lenel Certification.
- Experience with AMAG Symmetry systems.
- Specialized experience in healthcare facility security systems.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in system installations.
Location & Schedule
- Primary location: Aliso Viejo, CA.
- Additional locations: Irvine, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest.
- Schedule: Full-time position with potential for on-call duty as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $31.49-$36.07 per hour.
