Position Overview at Wisetel
As an AV Systems Tech at Wisetel, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and support of audiovisual systems within healthcare facilities in Portland, OR, and the neighboring cities. You will ensure that AV systems are functioning optimally to enhance communication and operational efficiency across healthcare environments.
Essential Functions for AV Systems Tech
- Install, configure, and maintain AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, and audio systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of AV equipment to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and healthcare facility staff to assess AV needs and implement tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems promptly.
- Assist in the planning and execution of AV projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications for AV Systems Tech at Wisetel
- 3-5 years of experience in AV systems installation and maintenance.
- Required certification: Crestron Certification.
- Proven experience with Biamp Audio Systems and Crestron Control Systems.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certification: Biamp Certification.
- Extensive experience with Biamp Audio Systems.
- Specialized experience in healthcare facilities AV systems.
- Proficiency with AV tools and software.
Location & Schedule
- Primary location: Portland, OR.
- Additional locations: Beaverton, Gresham, Hillsboro, Tigard, Vancouver, WA.
- Schedule: Full-time.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $30.44-$36.06 per hour.
