Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain critical data center infrastructure
• Perform server installations and decommissions
• Manage cable plant documentation and implement hot/cold aisle containment
• Coordinate maintenance windows and perform power circuit installations
• Maintain battery backup systems and monitor environmental controls
• Execute change management procedures and manage equipment lifecycle
• Perform network hardware installations and maintain security protocols
• Support the Springfield Tech Expansion project
• Ensure compliance with Missouri state regulations

Required Qualifications

• BICSI Data Center Technician certification preferred
• Experience with critical infrastructure management
• Proficiency in dressing and terminating cables
• Demonstrated ability with DCIM systems and strong documentation skills
• Experience with change management procedures
• Clean background check required
• 3-5 years of data center experience in a commercial setting
• Familiarity with Missouri-specific safety regulations and requirements
