Cable Technician at TR Group
We are looking for a Commercial Cable Technician at TR Group, located in Charlotte, NC. This role requires an expert in Cat5e/6/6A installation, fiber optics, and cable certification testing. The ideal candidate will have experience with Fluke testing equipment and cable management systems. Our cable technicians are crucial to our operations, ensuring that our communication systems are running effectively and efficiently. Required Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Cable Technician
- Proficiency in Cat5e/6/6A installation and fiber optics
- Experience with Fluke testing equipment and cable management systems
- BICSI Installer 2, OSHA-10, Network+ certifications
- Knowledge of structured cabling standards
- Ability to read blueprints and document work
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
Nice to Have
- Experience in a leadership role
- Additional certifications in the field
- Familiarity with latest industry technology and trends
Salary
The salary range is $26.58-$33.92 per hour, with additional benefits.
