Position Overview
Telco Data is seeking an experienced and certified AV Tech to lead a team of 4-6 technicians in our Brookline, MA location. The successful candidate will work in a corporate environment, serving a range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to innovative tech startups. This position includes regular travel to nearby major cities within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing AV system installations in corporate environments.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining video walls, digital signal processors, sound reinforcement, and control systems.
- Leading a team of 4-6 technicians, providing guidance, and ensuring quality service.
- Interfacing directly with clients to understand their requirements and ensuring their needs are met.
- Regularly traveling to service clients in nearby major cities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field.
- Certified Crestron Technician.
- Certified Extron Technician.
- Advanced understanding of AV equipment including video walls, digital signal processors, sound reinforcement, and control systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or tech startups.
- Proven leadership skills in a technical team environment.
