Residential Electrician at Tech Electronics

Required Experience and Skills

• 1-5 years of experience as a Residential Electrician
• Knowledge of basic electrical theory and residential wiring methods (NM cable/Romex)
• Experience with electrical load calculations and panel installations
• Proficiency in using hand tools (Klein, Knipex), power tools (Milwaukee, DeWalt), digital multimeters (Fluke), and basic test equipment
• Valid Electrical Apprentice License/Trainee Card
• OSHA-10 and First Aid/CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience

• Experience with residential rough-in
• Proficiency in service upgrades
• Experience with fixture/device installation
• Basic troubleshooting skills

Certification and Licensing

• Must be enrolled in or eligible for state-approved apprenticeship program

This position is based in Raleigh, NC, with opportunities for work in surrounding neighboring cities like Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, and Wake Forest.

Salary and Benefits
