Key Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical system installations and wiring projects
• Support power distribution and lighting control programming
• Install conduit and cable pathways, including fire alarm systems
• Maintain material inventory and document daily work activities
• Operate lift equipment under supervision
• Support panel installation, testing, and learn building automation basics
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure project completion
• Assist in the upcoming Westminster Civic Center renovation project
• Comply with Colorado-specific safety regulations and building codes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Enrollment in a state-approved apprenticeship program
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and construction drawings
• Proficiency with hand tools and a valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to handle and lift heavy materials
• Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency
• 1-5 years of experience in Voice Data work within a commercial setting
• Familiarity with Westminster-specific zoning and construction regulations
