Responsibilities

Installation and Testing

• Install structured cabling systems, including Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optics, in commercial and industrial settings.
• Terminate and test copper and fiber optic cables using precision tools and advanced testers.
• Mount, secure, and organize network racks, patch panels, and cable trays.

Cable Management and Troubleshooting

• Dress and bundle cables neatly to meet site-specific and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues during and after installations.

Coordination and Documentation

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
• Coordinate with project teams to integrate cabling systems into larger infrastructure projects.
• Maintain detailed installation records and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
