Key Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical system installations and learn commercial wiring methods.
• Support power distribution projects and help with lighting control programming.
• Install conduit and cable pathways, and maintain material inventory.
• Operate lift equipment under supervision and assist with fire alarm installation.
• Document daily work activities and support panel installation and testing.
• Learn building automation basics and coordinate with other trades.
• Ensure compliance with Arizona state electrical codes and regulations.
• Participate in the upcoming Scottsdale Mall Renovation Project, a major commercial endeavor in the area.
• Engage with local contractors to ensure timely project completion.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required and enrollment in an apprenticeship program.
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read construction drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and good communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and commitment to ongoing education.
• 1-5 years of experience required for Voice Data work in a commercial setting.
• Familiarity with Maricopa County building codes and regulations.
• Ability to navigate Scottsdale’s transportation network efficiently.
