As we continue to expand our operations in Scottsdale, AZ, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Security Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of security projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a keen understanding of the security landscape.

Essential Functions

• Project Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of security projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior project managers, clients, and technical teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Budget Management: Support in the preparation and management of project budgets, utilizing estimating tools to forecast costs and resources.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to industry standards and company policies, conducting site inspections as needed.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.

Required Certifications

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PRINCE2 Foundation certification is required.

Experience

• Proficiency with estimating tools, project management software, and code analysis tools.
• Familiarity with managing projects in various settings such as corporate offices, government facilities, and healthcare centers.

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of electrical experience, preferably in a security-related field.
• Must possess a valid electrical license for the state of Arizona.
• Experience with estimating tools and project management software is essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and practices related to electrical and security installations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with code analysis and an understanding of security protocols.
• Previous experience managing or supporting security projects is highly desirable.

Location & Schedule

• Primary Location: Scottsdale, AZ
• Neighboring Cities: Phoenix, Tempe, Paradise Valley, and Fountain Hills.
• Schedule: This is a full-time position, requiring availability for standard business hours with occasional overtime as project demands dictate.

• Pay Range: $25.56 to $33.36 per hour, commensurate with experience.
