Key Responsibilities

• Install and program sophisticated home automation systems, integrating lighting control with voice activation and mobile apps.
• Configure whole-house audio/video systems to enhance the luxury living experience.
• Implement automated shade control for optimal energy efficiency and privacy.
• Program security and access control integration to ensure the safety of high-end residences.
• Install energy monitoring systems to track and optimize energy usage.
• Configure and maintain home network infrastructure, ensuring robust and secure connectivity.
• Install and maintain backup power systems to provide uninterrupted service.
• Document system configurations and user settings with precision.
• Provide comprehensive client training on system operation, ensuring ease of use and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed service records for luxury properties, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with local partners in the Little Rock area to enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on regional building codes and regulations specific to Arkansas.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote energy-efficient technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong technology aptitude with substantial home automation experience.
• Certification in major control systems such as Lutron or Control4.
• In-depth understanding of residential networking and Wi-Fi systems.
• Proven experience working with high-end finishes and materials.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a professional appearance and communication ability.
• Experience with energy management systems.
• A clean background check and drug screening are mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• 1-2 years of experience required for Apprentice work in a residential setting.
• Familiarity with the local climate and environmental considerations in Little Rock.
• Knowledge of regional safety standards and practices.
